Posted over 2 years ago by Tammy Vandermolen in Legislative Updates
The Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners will hold multiple advocacy days throughout the 2023 legislative session to ensure that the voices of Missouri's APRNs are consistently heard.
- February 1st
- March 29th
- April 12th
- April 26th - Joint Nursing Advocacy Days with the Missouri Nurses Association and Missouri Association of Nurse Anesthetists
Webinars will be held the evening prior to the advocacy days to discuss pending legislation, how to visit with legislators, review talking points, and what you can do to make your Capitol visits successful. These are available on the AMNP website.
We recommend you sign up for your preferred date so we know to look for you. These are great events to be involved in. If you have never been to the capitol for advocacy day, please join us. We will connect you with other members that have experience and will lead you to be next year's experts!
