Position Description

    • New graduates are welcome to apply and on-the-job training will be provided. 
    • The successful candidate will work directly with surgeon, clinical, and ancillary staff with responsibilities including:
    •  Surgical first-assist
    • Clinical evaluation / diagnosis / and treatment of adult spine surgical disorders
    • Assist in spine expert witness case reviews
    • A generous compensation package is being offered including:
      • Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 starting.  Salary is commensurate with experience
      • 401K employer match after vesting period
      • PTO accrual
      •  Employer fully paid employee medical insurance, (for employee)
      • Options to upgrade for children/family at employee expense
      • Employer paid life insurance
      • Minimal cost dental and vision insurance
